  • 1 lb. lean ground beef (96/4)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise (90g)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup (100g)
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (56g)

Instructions

  1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, spray with nonstick spray, then add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and yellow mustard; simmer for a few minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine light mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice; mix well.
