  • 1 tablespoon tallow or turkey bacon grease
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin, cut into chunks
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.

  3. Sear sirloin chunks for 2-3 minutes per side; remove from pot.

  5. Return seared sirloin to pot; pour in beef broth.

  7. Crumble reserved turkey bacon into the chili before serving.
