  • 24 slices of turkey (thinly sliced)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (or other hard cheese)
  • 8 ounces brie cheese (or bocconcini)
  • 12 olives (or small pickles)
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place 2 long crackers in each cup and fill the bottom with 4-5 grapes.
  2. Fold turkey slices into quarters; thread one olive onto each skewer followed by the folded turkey.
  3. Insert skewers into grapes to hold them in place within each cup.
  4. Cut hard cheeses into various shapes and add to the cups.
  5. Roll or fold any remaining meat and add it along with leftover crackers.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs for an attractive finish.
