  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored)
  • 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 45 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, salt and pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking pan.
