  • 14 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 0.333 head red cabbage, sliced and chopped
  • 4 small carrots, peeled and grated
  • 0.25 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 0.25 cup red apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup stir-fry sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coleslaw by mixing red cabbage, grated carrots, coleslaw dressing, red apple vinegar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce and let simmer.
  4. Shape wonton wrappers into taco shells using an inverted muffin tin.
  5. Bake the wonton shells for 4-5 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
  6. Assemble tacos by filling each shell with chicken mixture and topping with coleslaw.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
