  • 300g chicken breast (sliced into strips)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken strips in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, red chili flakes, and chicken stock to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. In the same wok, stir-fry minced garlic and vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the wok with the sauce and mix until everything is coated and heated through.
  6. Serve over warm cooked rice.
