  • 48 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  2. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine eggs, crushed crackers, cheese, milk, onion, bell pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper; mix well.
