  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 12 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer turkey on the bottom half of each roll, followed by cranberry sauce and cheese slices.
  4. Place the top halves back on the rolls.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders and serve warm.
