  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Cut each biscuit into eight pieces and scatter over the top of the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour or until biscuits are cooked through.
