  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. In a separate bowl, combine beef broth and French onion soup mix until dissolved; pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top 15 minutes before serving to let it melt.
