  • 75g almonds
  • 55g cashews
  • 30g pecans
  • 40g pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g dark chocolate (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, salt, and maple syrup. Mix well until coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a silicone ice tray or mold and press down firmly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crunchy; allow to cool completely in the mold.
  5. Drizzle or dip each square in melted dark chocolate and refrigerate until set.
