  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ditalini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and parsley.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
