  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 large egg – lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)
  • Salt and pepper – to taste (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Dijon mustard, non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Shape the mixture into 4-5 mini loaves and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, chili sauce, maple syrup, non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Brush over each meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
