  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 stalks green onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen cup
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, sliced green onion, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and coat them with cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. In the same pan, prepare the sauce by adding vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce; stir well.
  5. Return the meatballs to the pan and simmer for about eight minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Prepare ramen according to package instructions and serve topped with meatballs and desired garnishes.
