  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, diced artichokes, defrosted and squeezed spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or cast iron skillet and spread evenly. Top with additional mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  5. Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
