  • 5 vegetable gyozas
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • ½1 bulb pak choi, sliced into chunks
  • 20g ginger, finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ courgette, spiralised
  • 500ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat chili oil in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add half of the sliced spring onion and season with salt; fry until fragrant.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about one minute.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients: gyozas, pak choi, courgette, vegetable stock, and soy sauce; mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer for approximately 7 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Serve hot garnished with extra spring onion and chili flakes if desired.
