  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch saffron (crushed)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped raw pistachios (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, sugar, chia seeds, cardamom powder, salt, and saffron. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
