  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken with herbs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2.5 cups chicken stock
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 16 oz dry orzo
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
  2. In the dish, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken stock, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach leaves, shredded rotisserie chicken, half of the cheese, and dry orzo until well combined.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and crispy fried onions.
