  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange quartered bell peppers, tomatoes, and onion on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30-40 minutes until slightly charred.
