  • ½ cup honey
  • â…“ cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
  • â…“ cup chopped peanuts
  • 6 oz dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or use a silicone muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, honey, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts until combined. If dry, add water gradually.
  3. Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup.
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth; pour over oat layers and freeze for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine peanut butter with coconut oil; add on top of the chocolate layer and sprinkle mini chocolate chips.
  6. Freeze for at least 30 minutes until set. Enjoy!
