  • 1 can (28oz) San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes
  • 48oz chicken broth
  • 2 cans (14.5oz each) cannellini beans
  • 4oz imported turkey slices, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1lb ditalini pasta
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the ditalini pasta for about 6-7 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In another pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion until translucent.
