  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. While the pasta cools, prepare the vegetables: chop cucumber, halve the tomatoes, chop the bell pepper, and dice the onion.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the prepared vegetables. Add Italian dressing, crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.
