  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of grated sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Place the cheese mixture over the cheddar and use remaining cheddar to cover it completely.
  4. Wrap tightly with cling wrap and secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, remove from wrap and top with a bell pepper stem for a festive look.
