  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. For the crust, combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly and press into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth. Pour over the pre-baked crust.
