  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped
  • 23 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Gently add eggs and cook for 7 minutes for jammy yolks. Cool under cold water, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Prepare the veggies & fruit: Slice the kiwi and tomato into rounds; finely chop the cauliflower florets.
  3. Assemble the plate: Arrange kiwi slices, tomato slices, chopped cauliflower, parsley leaves, feta cubes, and olives on a plate attractively. Place boiled eggs in the center.
  4. Season & garnish: Sprinkle chili flakes if desired; garnish feta cheese with black sesame seeds; season with salt and pepper to taste.
