  • 8 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • ΒΌ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons raspberry powder (dried)

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 15-second increments, stirring until melted.
  2. Stir in raspberry powder until fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes until firm enough to roll.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture, then roll into balls using clean hands.
  5. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt dark chocolate chips in another bowl using the microwave method.
  7. Dip each truffle into melted dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Return coated truffles to parchment paper and refrigerate for about 10 minutes until set.
  9. Drizzle with remaining melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with extra raspberry powder before chilling again.
