  • 200 g Quark
  • 100 ml Öl
  • 50 ml Milch
  • Vanillepaste
  • 75 g Zucker
  • Prise Salz
  • 400 g Mehl
  • 1 Pck Backpulver
  • Nutella (für die Füllung)
  • Augen (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, quark, oil, milk, vanilla paste, sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut out reindeer shapes using cookie cutters; use a smaller cutter for the nose.
  3. Place the cutouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg yolk.
  4. Add a dollop of Nutella to the snout area and cover it with the cutout piece; seal it well.
  5. Shape an oval piece for the nose and place it on top.
  6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Optionally, use melted Nutella to attach eyes once cooled.
