  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce (like Buffalo Wild Wings®)
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken stock
  • Optional toppings: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by coating the potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in the slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with remaining seasonings.
  3. Mix the Parmesan garlic sauce with water in a bowl, then pour over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
