  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup diced jalapeños
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add milk and egg; stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños to form the filling.
  6. Press half of the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan or lined baking sheet.
  7. Spread the jalapeño cheese mixture over the meat layer, then top with remaining meat mixture.
  8. Brush the top with barbecue sauce and bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  9. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
