  • 120g ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (or 1 roma tomato), chopped
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp Tajn seasoning (or chili-lime spice)
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until softened. Stir in grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack in the eggs; cook sunny side up or over-easy as preferred. Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. To assemble the bowl: layer the beef mixture at the bottom, top with sliced avocado seasoned with Tajn and drizzled sriracha, then place the fried eggs on top.
