Instructions

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the filling; toss in raspberries.
  7. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread filling evenly.
  8. Roll tightly into a log and slice into twelve pieces.
  9. Arrange slices in a greased baking pan; let rise for another 30 minutes.
