  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 45 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed)
  • 15 eggroll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with shredded cheddar until smooth. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and chopped jalapeños, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper diagonally on a surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Moisten edges with water, fold over the filling, tuck in sides tightly, and roll up to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C). Fry eggrolls in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
