Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
  3. For brighter color and tender texture, blanch green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then transfer to an ice bath.
  4. Bundle 6-8 green beans together tightly.
  5. Wrap each bundle with a half slice of turkey bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Arrange bundles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
