  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup miniature vegan marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup M&M's candies (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips while stirring constantly. Once melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vegan marshmallow cream until fully blended. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Gently fold in the mini vegan marshmallows and M&M's, reserving some for topping.
  4. Pour into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan and press remaining mix-ins on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
