  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and then add the sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
