  • 1½ lbs ground Angus beef (85/15)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 810 dinner rolls
  • 810 slices of turkey bacon
  • Crisp lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed or finely minced)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vinegar, and minced garlic; mix well and set aside.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground beef with BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper; form into patties.
  4. Cook patties in the same skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
