  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour, 2/3 cup sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold diced butter until crumbly.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Toss together peaches with remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; spread over crust.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top and add dark brown sugar.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown.
