  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ cup Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 1½ cups Soda Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Sugar (for Lavender Simple Syrup)
  • 1 cup Water (for Lavender Simple Syrup)
  • ½ cup Lavender Buds (food grade, for Lavender Simple Syrup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lavender simple syrup by combining 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved. Add ½ cup food-grade lavender buds, steep until cooled, then strain.
  2. In a pitcher, muddle together 1 pint of fresh blueberries, 1 cup chopped basil leaves, and ½ cup fresh lemon juice.
  3. Add ice cubes to the pitcher followed by ¾ cup lavender syrup and 1½ cups soda water. Stir well to combine.
  4. Garnish with additional blueberries, lemon slices, and basil leaves before serving.
