  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan by coating it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, sugar, and salt until combined. Gently fold in the flaked coconut.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the coconut mixture into each muffin cup, pressing firmly to shape them into nests.
  4. Bake for 28-30 minutes until lightly golden. Allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  5. Once cooled, pipe melted white chocolate into each nest and decorate with mini candy eggs.
