Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ribeye steak
  • 8 baby bella mushrooms
  • 8 baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ketchup, vegetable oil, white vinegar, light brown sugar, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the ribeye steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Wash the baby Yukon gold potatoes thoroughly and parboil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until slightly tender; drain and cool. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading marinated steak cubes onto skewers alternately with parboiled potatoes and mushrooms.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is reached.
