  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip (defrosted and divided)
  • 5 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallow fluff
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 graham crackers (broken in half and divided)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix, whole milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in the baking dish and spread the pudding mixture over them. Chill briefly.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vegan marshmallow fluff until combined, then fold in remaining Cool Whip.
  5. Spread this mixture over the chilled pudding layer and top with remaining graham crackers.
  6. Cover with foil and freeze for about 6 hours or until firm.
  7. Slice into squares using the graham crackers as a guide.
