  • 5 Large Jalapeños (tops, seeds and veins removed)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 8 ounces Dry Elbow Macaroni (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese (softened and cubed)
  • 68 ounces Turkey Bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 4 ounces Mild Cheddar Cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Ground Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place prepared jalapeños on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for about 15 minutes until tender.
  2. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, chopped turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground pepper. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir gently until well combined.
