  • 1 lb dried elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup canned jalapeños, chopped (mild version preferred)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and most of the crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Pour dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Top with remaining turkey bacon before serving.
