  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoon Challenge butter (melted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by lemon zest, milk, sour cream, and lemon juice.
