  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons cold salted butter
  • 812 large cloves garlic
  • Juice from 12 lemons
  • For serving: chili sauce
  • Plain Greek yogurt or avocado oil mayo
  • Honey
  • Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook shrimp until pink (about 2 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter with garlic over medium heat until golden brown. Add shrimp back in to toss and warm through.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp before serving.
  5. For the lemon pepper sauce: whisk yogurt/mayo with honey, dijon mustard, cayenne/cajun seasoning, and additional lemon juice.
