  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring steaks to room temperature and preheat your oven to 400°F.
