  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/2 cup black and/or green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, then cook pasta for 3–4 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sliced garlic; sauté until fragrant.

  4. Stir in spicy tuna and diced tomatoes; season with salt and pepper, cooking for an additional 2–3 minutes.
