  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 oz. box berry blue Jell-O
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 oz. box raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Dissolve each flavor of Jell-O in separate bowls using one cup of boiling water each. Let cool slightly before mixing in blueberries and raspberries.
  6. Carefully pour each Jell-O layer over the cream cheese layer in the springform pan.
  7. Freeze for at least four hours or until set.
