  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place whole jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast jalapeños for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through until the skins are blistered. Cool slightly before peeling and removing stems (seeds are optional).
  3. In a food processor or blender, combine roasted jalapeños with softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary.
