  • 1 box Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup Melted Butter
  • â…“ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) Bars of Cream Cheese (at Room Temp)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz Tub of Cool Whip (Defrosted)
  • 21 oz Can of Strawberry Pie Filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until mixed well. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract and gently fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Top with strawberry pie filling.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before slicing.
